:Hotel Linens Warranty

All hotel linens made of cotton manufactured by Sleepy Cloud come with a 1-year warranty from the date the customer receives their shipment

This warranty includes the clumping of the internal fill of the duvet or changing the external color of the duvet. Clumping of the fill refers to the occurrence of voids inside the duvet or clumping of the fill in a specific area of the duvet

 This warranty entitles the customer to exchange the warranted duvet for a new duvet of the same type, and if unavailable, the customer is entitled to a refund of the duvet amount

.This warranty includes pilling of the external fabric of the duvet

.The warranty does not cover cases of misuse or improper washing

:Return Processing Period

The processing period for return applications is from 5 to 15 business days
