Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange & Return Policy for Small Items
Customers have the right to exchange or return any product purchased through our website for any reason, provided that the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
In case of exchange or return, a shipping fee of AED 40 will apply.
If the product is vacuum-packed and has been opened, the customer is not eligible for exchange or return.

Customers have the right to return any large product purchased through our website for any reason, provided that the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
In case of exchange or return, a shipping fee of AED 200 will apply.
If the product is vacuum-packed and has been opened, the customer is not eligible for exchange or return.
How to Submit a Request
To request an exchange or return, please contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
A shipping label will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
Please repackage the item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping company branch, attaching the provided shipping label.
Customers are responsible for the exchange/return fee of AED 40 for small items and AED 200 for large items.
Warranty Policy
Hotel Bedding Warranty
All hotel-style cotton comforters manufactured by Sleepy Cloud are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date the customer receives the shipment.
This warranty covers:
Internal filling clumping or shifting, resulting in empty areas or uneven distribution.
Discoloration of the outer fabric.
Pilling of the external fabric surface.
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, the customer is entitled to a replacement with an identical product.
If the same model is unavailable, the customer has the right to a refund of the comforter’s value.
The warranty does not cover misuse or improper washing.
Return Processing Time
Return requests are processed within 5 to 15 business days.
